50. Starkiller / Galen Marek

Vader's purpose of training the apprentice was cemented in the idea of defeating the Emperor. His sacrifice inspires the foundation of the Rebel Alliance.
49. Adi Gallia
Adi Gallia was a leading member of the Jedi Council during the final days of the Republic. She was known for having gone on missions with Anakin and Obi-Wan during the Clone Wars. One of them involved rescuing Jedi Master Eeth Koth from the clutches of General Grievous. She clashed with Grievous more than once, but was killed by the brutal Savage Opress, in an attempt to end the trouble of the Sith brothers.
48. Aayla Secura

47. Shaak Ti
Togruta Jedi Master Shaak Ti was a supervisor of the Clone Army in Kamino during the Clone Wars. She defended Tipoca City when it was under attack by the Separatists. Shaak Ti later survives Order 66 and manages to live through out the majority of the dark times. Starkiller later kills her on Felucia.
46. Greedo
Greedo was one of those bounty hunters that nobody took seriously. He is hired by the Trade Federation to kidnap the children of Baron Papanoida in order to convince him to join the Separatists during the Clone Wars. Greedo later makes an appearance in Episode IV, only to be shot by Han Solo in the Mos Eisley Cantina.
45. Hondo Ohnaka
The first pirate to have been introduced in the Star Wars universe on-screen, Hondo Ohnaka makes up for an insanely crazy pirate, the equivalent of Jack Sparrow in the Star Wars universe. Their is a reason why so many love this guy: It's hard to cast him as either a bad or a good guy. He first takes hostage both Count Dooku and the Jedi Obi-Wan and Anakin, all whom later escape. Hondo goes off to try to steal the farmers crops in one episode, only to be stopped by the Jedi. He later gets involved neutrally in the Boba Fett feud, and then helps the Rebel forces on Onderon. He later kidnaps Ahsoka but then joins the Jedi as they seek to defend themselves from General Grievous.
44. Duchess Satine
Satine Kryze was the Duchess of the planet Mandalore, a pacifist who believed that Mandalore should abandon it's warrior like-ways. Obi-Wan had a romance with her during the time when he was a Padawan and Mandalore was going through a civil war. She later became the ruler of Mandalore, and becomes the number one enemy of Death Watch during the Clone Wars. She faces mutliple attempts of murder, all by men who she trusted and worked closely in her government. She looses her throne by a coup d'etat Pre Vizsla makes with the help of Darth Maul. Satine later dies in the hands of Darth Maul, as a way of enacting revenge on his former lover Obi-Wan. At least, Obi-Wan will remember her as the woman who always loved her...and always wil. :(
43. Wedge Antilles
Wedge is the only Rebel pilot, along with Luke, that never gets shot by a TIE Fighter and survives throughout the Galactic Civil War. He manages to help blow up the Second Death Star, along with Lando Calrissian, bringing an end to the Empire once and for all. He was one of the best pilots of the Rebel Alliance.
42. Kit Fisto
Kit Fisto was a Nautolan Jedi Master during the Clone Wars. He went on a mission to capture Grievous in his fortress, and lost his former apprentice, Nahdar Vebb. He later goes on to assist Anakin, Padme and Ahsoka in the Mon Calamari Civil War. He later dies at the hands of Darth Sidious, once he reveals himself as the monster that he really is.
41. Commander Cody
Commander Cody was the clone commander assigned to Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi. He and Kenobi went on several adventures throughout the Clone Wars, and was commonly working with Captain Rex, which he became friends with. However, his loyalty remained first and foremost with Chancellor Palpatine, and when he ordered him to execute Order 66, he did as he was told to do.
